It sums up everything that I have learned. Perhaps it will also help some understand why I choose to opt out of Chemo and Radiation.... and surgery and all it's complications and on and on.... just no thanks to any of that. The survival rate is so poor and a life on pills and waiting in doctors offices = and feeling sick.... If you knew me - you'd know that just doesn't fit! LOL

True words right there Greg. This disease has a way of focusing you on what is truly important. Congrats on your six month milestone. It's just the beginning of more awesome life experiences to come. Cancer or not, you've got to get out there with your friends and have some fun! Thank you for sharing your story with us. You are setting the example on how to live life to it's fullest. I'm trying to live every single day buddy --- every damn day. What got me thru 32 years of AA..... ONE DAY AT A TIME..... that's the same thing that I'm continuing to do. One day at a time.

I was very close to just calling it and dying..... probably the hardest thing for me to do ever was to continue to take the THC/CBD and work up to the doses that make it work. But yes -- even my longest and best supporter of AA said DO IT! So I did.
