Skip, Casey, Scott, AD for the pics...thanks fellas! Posting from the road today...

I have about 250 miles on the car now. Finally figured out but have not fixed the steering problem. I got a little too fancy for my own good on that one :D

I took the car down to USCS Fontana on Saturday for a few hours. Great to see everyone and the car drove great. Man I wish I was out there though! Getting very close to its first track day. I also mounted my GoPro inside, so next trip out I'll get some in car vid

What's wrong with the steering? Wheel clocking or other?

Yep Vin, that's what I was calling you about. It's a combo-cluster of steering stops, tie rod adjustment and PS resi to cooler height. I'll get it fixed!

C5 spindles....make an adjustable steering stop. easy, unless your steering arms are hitting, then not so easy.

Front steer so if your wheel is left 1/8" and steers straight...mark your tie rod sleeve with white out....make the left 1/2 turn longer, make the right side 1/2 turn shorter. Fine tune it but do not change the difference in relation to each other. You are going straight. Easy, if you take your time and remember what you do.

Cooler is on the return right? Are you getting aeration? Ideally, the reservoir should be the highest point to trap and release air. Are you certain the hoses are on correctly. Matt can attest to that.
