Pain is a mindset... that's not pain - that's healing! :unibrow:

Must be a lot of healing going on. ;).

Which shoulder is it and how long was the surgery? Sounded like it was pretty complex when we spoke last.
Glad things went well today buddy. Hang in there. Get some rest and you'll be back in no time!

It took about 2 hours. They drilled 9mm x 25mm hole at the top of my right arm. Then they cut the tendon lose from inside the shoulder, stuffed the end in that hole they drilled and put what's called a "sugar screw" in over the tendon .
Then they cut out a few sections of the rotator cuff and labrum (sp?).
This is the 4th time I've had this right shoulder worked on. The tendon issue is a first, I hope it makes a difference this time.

I'm still trying to get the other shoulder approved for surgery too. Along with both wrists and both elbows need nerve release procedures too.

Well Eric, it would be nice to have the other shoulder surgery listed on your app, but we're goin' to let you squeak by with this little procedure anyways. :(

Man, that is some serious stuff. I hope you're feeling better.
Take care. Eric.

Hi Eric,

Just jumped in here and see you are doing well. Glad to hear it. I know what you mean about when the block wears off the real pain sets in.

Feel better my friend.

Chris
