I'm really psyched to see this thing done!!!

Nope, not stalled permanently....Pete just had to finish up a few paying jobs and then there was the SEMA week delay. He should be getting back on it soon though!! He actually is getting pretty close...they have done a lot of work on the car this year!!

And thanks for being psyched! A lot of us are excited to have the car in a finished state! :lateral:

I've been home for a few weeks and finally caught up on all my reading, which of course includes a few issues of Camaro Performers. I have to admit that I've been more interested in reading the tech articles thanks to the work Pete and his crew has been doing on Karma. I am learning a lot and just wanted to say thanks to Pete and his crew. I suppose a little credit goes to the guys at Camaro Performers too. LoL

Actually I was hoping the pup came with the car! I don't think I would have any issues parking it and running into a store with him standing guard!

And if he 'stains' an outer hoop I hear Forgeline can help! :willy:

Kevin, it's been a very exciting year to say the least! This journey has allowed me to make a lot of new friends and get to know many people in the business and hobby we love so much. And I get my dream car! I still get all fired up when I tell people the story about Karma and why it's 3k miles from home. People are amazed at all you guys have done for me and think is so cool that we have such a strong comunity here at L-g....and I couldn't agree more!! :lateral:

Hey Tony! Love the stance... I have some leftover running boards from my mudder that will bolt right up!

They're yours if ya want 'em!

Powder coated black with brushed aluminum step area... sweet! Dude!

LOL

Kiddin' ya of course... paint looks killer!

Now just add motor for some weight over that straight axle.

What goes around comes around!

Steve1968LS2 12-08-2009 08:07 AM

The new issue (January) is just hitting the streets and has a detailed story on the paint and buff/cut.

The next story after that is the glass from Prodigy Customs and electric windows from Electric Life. Then it's done with us until the feature once Tony has it all buttoned up.

It is a factory Ferarri color. I think it is called Georgio Silverstone.

awr68 12-08-2009 05:33 PM

Yep, the color is Ferrari Grigio Silverstone. It's a very nice color if you are going for a grey/gun metal look.

Pete has taken a fender outside and said it looks killer in the sun! :D

66LS7 12-08-2009 05:50 PM

Looks awesome Tony and Pete, can't wait to see it in person! Wonder if I'll change my mind again after deciding on Cyber Grey Metallic.:willy:

waynieZ 12-08-2009 08:08 PM

The car looks great. I need to get up there and see it. When I asked Pete if I could swing by and check it out, I got shoved in the hospital for a week. Hope it works out better next time I try to go up there.
Tony is that the smoked glass kit? It looks Great. Pete I love that blue 66 rag top.

awr68 12-08-2009 08:22 PM

Yes Wayne, it's the Prodigy smoked glass kit. I was very excited to use it as I wanted tinted glass but didn't want to deal with scratched film down the road....Frank uses tinted glass not film. It's not super dark....just right!
