Hey come on now. Just accumulating parts...

Got the Accusump today. Rods will be here tomorrow.

Have a local guy who is considering buying what's left of the 377 so that would be nice to get it all sold and done at once.

I've come close on sourcing the carb for this motor. I've learned a lot lately about carbs, venturi and throttle bore sizing, CFM ratings (they are worthless), etc. from talking to a couple custom carb builders (KB and Braswell). I am looking for a 1.41 Venturi and 1.75 throttle bore carb if anyone has one laying around. :unibrow:

My heads are "in the head room" (yeah, that's what she said) at Watson and I should have flow numbers any day. I'll call him tmrw probably and see if he's got them.

SWEET!! Now spend less time over in Gregs' thread getting in touch with your "feminine side" and post more pics of your parts!!

Scrap your build Dave, Look what I found for ya

It's got "A Polished Chrome Intake with complete water jackets to fit the heads and a high rpm fan"

GregWeld 04-25-2012 06:08 PM

I thought Camelback heads were only found in Phoenix! Who knew?!?!

What a brutal machine that would be!

It's quite a day when Todd is the lone man on track with a serious post. :D

I woulda got the Compstar crank too, but they don't make it in the 3-5/8 stroke and small journal. Plus it's a heavy biatch at 53 lbs (SBC). I saved 9 lbs and only spent about $80 more for the Scat F43.

Jerry -- shouldn't you be over at YellowBullet stirring up a hornets nest there? :lateral:
