All of the wires neatly run under the manifold.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_KD_15.jpg

All that is left is to shrink wrap the all of the fitting to keep the colors dark.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_KD_17.jpg

Once again I owe Big Al big for helping us out.

badmatt 10-13-2008 08:24 PM

so i see you cut the rear cover off the manifold... why did you do this marty, plus the wiring is seriously clean.

It just didn't look right - so off it went.

Next time were going to make it out of chipboard

syborg tt 10-21-2008 03:06 PM

Good Afternoon all,

Plumbing the AC Lines is complete.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album..._05_KD_013.jpg

The lines will be clamped together with a couple Billet Specialties Line Clamps
and then anchored to the inner fender.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album..._05_KD_016.jpg

Kenny had to do a little trimming on the Billet Specialties lower bracket to install the crank trigger.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...09_06_KD_4.jpg

Sorry Mike - this is the best picture I have of the Crank trigger installed.

You used to be able to get it from a company called Wheel Tech.

I do loan / rent it out if you need to use one. Plus there expensive as all get out.

Good Morning all,

Just a couple quick shots of the intercooler plumbing.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...09_07_kd_6.jpg

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_19.jpg

Some how this Pipe hit the inner Fender.
So it looks like were going to have to redo this pipe.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_78.jpg

Plenty of Clearence of the Drives Side

Thanks for the update. Will the bumper hide the tubes going into the intercooler?

Actually they will be hidden by the front cover and fenders.

Good Afternoon,

Fuel Line plumbing has begun.
Out of the tank and into the Aeromotive Fuel Filter & A1000 Pump.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_66.jpg

Out of the Pump and into the Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator and 10 Micron Filter

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_58.jpg

From the Filter to the Y-Block under the cab.
Why the Y-Block just in case we go old school on the Fuel Line plumbing.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_63.jpg

Up to the fuel rail

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_85.jpg

syborg tt 10-30-2008 12:50 PM

Across & Under to the other rail.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_11.jpg

And it ends on the other side.
Yep - no return line.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_kd_12.jpg

Top View - just to show you the engine bay.

Payton King 10-30-2008 12:56 PM

lookin real good

how close are you?

Are these current or are you just leading us along because it is done and on its way?

syborg tt 10-30-2008 01:19 PM

Hi Payton,

How close are we - pretty close.

The bad new is that it's not heading to sema. Seems some budget got a little tight and in the end it worked out better for all to skip Sema.

ps pics are from early Sept.

Marty,
Have you been holding out on us? Is the truck done? How does it sound wide open? You dog...

Payton King 10-31-2008 06:28 AM

You have been a little quite lately

I figured you were further along.

Sorry about the SEMA deal. Really looking forward to seeing this truck on the road.

My family lives in North Little Rock, Ar. I thought I was going there for Thanksgiving and I was going to ride up there and take a look for myself. My plans changed. Hopefully you will bring it to Year One event.

syborg tt 10-31-2008 07:47 AM

It will be out next year for sure

just forward me the date and I'll ask the boss if I can go ( my wife )

Still to Do
Paint Valve Covers, Intake Plenum & Air Intake Tubing
Plumb Oil Lines & finish engine bay Pluming.

syborg tt 11-13-2008 01:25 PM

Good Afternoon All,

To say I'm happy with the work that Kenny is doing on the truck would be an understatement.
The guys at Kenny Davis Hot Rods have really exceeded my expectation on this truck.

Quick Pictures of the Air Ride Double Adjustable Shock Wave.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_KD_30.jpg

Looks like were going to be using the clear taillights on the truck.
They look the best and stand out the least.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_KD_70.jpg

Kenny getting ready to install the guages in the dash panel from Docs Kustom.

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...9_07_KD_73.jpg

The ground effects and what you see on this cart is all that is left.
Wow are we close.
