Yep, the color is Ferrari Grigio Silverstone. It's a very nice color if you are going for a grey/gun metal look.

Pete has taken a fender outside and said it looks killer in the sun! :D

I can attest to that!! The color absolutely COMES TO LIFE out in the sunlight!:wow: :hail:

Tony is that the smoked glass kit? It looks Great. Pete I love that blue 66 rag top.

Wayne, let me know if you go over, I'll try to meet up with you there again.
And yes, the car looks killer, I do agree!:hail: Pete and Brian do KILLER work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
**By the way, there's another Chevelle that is in the shop that you may like as well Wayne. I think I counted 4 Chevelles total!!:willy: **

Hey Pete Karma is looking really great! Happy holidays to you and the "crew" at the shop and home.

waynieZ 12-09-2009 12:45 PM

Tony the glass looks great in your car. I have a set I bought from Chad at Fletchercustoms when he sold his project. I was worried it would be real dark and the police would hassle me about it.

You must live under a rock some place.

Steve68 01-08-2010 08:50 PM

Don't be a dick!

last time I checked page 104 the car had paint,

I have 2 projects and 2 kids to raise, along with loading Space Shuttles 5 times a year, so if I don't read every F'N post on Tonys car I get blamed for living under a rock!

Tony next time I'll just call. Steve

Hey Steve, thanks for asking!

Pete still has to put the stripe on it and then reclear, cut and buff. He's also going to install the headliner and windshields for me. It's getting closer but there is still a ton of man hours to log!! Hopefully we will see more pics next week! :)

I visited Pete today, and I've seen the Camaro in all the different stages since it got there, but today it looked great all in one color and on all four tires

you are a very lucky person to be getting what a lot of people dream can only dream of

hey Pete, now that I just said that, it made me think..... you're like Disney, you make people's dreams come true:lol:

Thanks for the kind words about the car....but mostly about Pete! He has truely been a God send!

I have no doubt that the car is crazy nice in paint! When we visited it back in May it was assembled in primer and even then you could tell there had been a lot of love put into this special car!

Working with Pete and the guys at comp-spec has been a real treat! They are total pro's and I would have no problem at all sending other projects 3k miles to them!

And yes, I am a very lucky man!!

This thread just put the fear of God in me about paint and body work!

I've learned a ton and am really excited that there is going to be one more awesome hot rod in the northwest!
If you need some extra hands when it comes back I would love to help you out
I live right across the river in Vancouver.

Tommy you'll be just fine. Well as long as you talk to Anthony before having any paint and body work done that is. There are few good people in your area and I know Anthony will get you in touch with them when the time comes.
