Hey Guys, Sorry to steer this whole thing back to the Wayne Due subframe but I'm having a problem I wonder if any of you have heard about or experienced with your Wayne Due Sub setup for the C5 suspension. the problem I'm having is that the sway bar ends are coming into contact with the Coils on the shocks (they are QA1 Coilovers) I have attached a picture to help with a visual. The Sway Bar, Shocks and frame came from Wayne as a unit not long before he closed up shop.

you can get lots of different size arms as well as cuting them and re drilling them and or re bending them to work how you need them to, just make sure each side is the same

Good info Jake...kinda a shame they didn't work right out of the crate though.

Thanks,
I will post some pics hopefully tomorrow as you suggested. For now, I found one I already had that might give you a better view. I'd rather not cut the pieces since I'm sure they are hardened and I might be creating more of a problem then relocating the sway bar mounts forward. I also tried flipping the sway bar over but the problem is still there. |
they sway bar arms are not hardened, i can bet a buck they were probably bent by wayne in the first place, , re bend and trim.

I have the same setup...You can run the "heavy duty adjustable end links" for C5 vettes which can adjust a little shorter than the stock (fixed length) C5 links (which is what you have).
They are available from several vette parts sources, here is one: http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com....html?item=868 |

i will assume you are asking about the LSx motor. We have used ATS's pan to fit and locate the motor, along with their motor mounts. we have not tested the stock pans. Tyler and i talked and he has witnessed some modified pan motors expire............. possibly due to oiling issues??? read into that what you want. |
