Do you guys think there is power to be made with this intake manifold on an all motor setup? I know that people usually gain nothing and even lose some down low with a sheet metal intake manifold. Katech even tested out a few on a LS7 and reported no power gains. This manifold has a decent length runner so I wonder how will it perform. I'm looking for something nice to sit on my LS7. ;)

I think the extended runner length would definitely help on a naturally aspirated setup, but it'd take some back-to-back testing to confirm that.

why won't it fit an LS2? That's what I have it on. There are four vacuum ports on the underside of the plenum for map, power brakes, pcv, vacuum/boost gauge, etc.

He can make them for a 75mm or 90mm tb, or probably whatever size you wanted.

Oh, I'm sorry.. for some reason I thought you had an LS7..

Very cool.. now you have me thinking.. I wonder if it would be too much intake from my 550 hp LS2? maybe a bigger cam..

Wow!! That is one of the nicest parts I have seen yet.

Steve it looks like a great story to me

Test it against the FAST 90 you have on your car in a back to back comparison...then switch cams.

I sure would like to see that story as well as quite a few others if I were to guess.

no power gains in power just looks kool as hell . for more power use a truck
manifold . jeff s told me that.

Thank you everybody for the kind words, I would like to clarify something that rick k said. On a STOCK engine the manifold will not produce any extra power. We have seen up to a 10 HP gain when used in conjuction with a built engine. Also in a turbo application an aluminum manifold will allow you to run more boost witch equals more power.
Thanks, Jeff
