I had one of my friend's kids bring over a Eclipse to ck out his clutch problem- he had the fake carbon-fiber hood, gauges, etc. etc. nice kid who probably drives like a punk, like most of us did...if we are honest enough to admit it. He was loving my "old" camaro and asked a ton of questions. there are idiot import drivers out there, just like there are idiot drivers our age.

we dealt with the same crap from the generation before us saying if it AINT pre '48 it ain't worth the time and neither are you. If we don't show these kids any interest they won't respect us. I enjoy screwing up a kid for life by turning him on to "real" hot rods. They are acting like disrespectful punks because nobody has invested time. No argument here. I've seen some pretty outlandish stuff. A good friend of mine owns an import shop. Most every car that comes in there is done classy. They have to be at his rates. But there was this one FD that was more rice than Condoleezza.
