Before anyone asks: 12.29 @ 126. That's my best and I don't really beat on this car but I don't think there's much more.

was that at a track, or your I phone software? If that mph is accurate for a 1/4 mile, you need to try it with some slicks, because that mph is good for low 11's/high 10's.

I can see the launch is hurting you a ton. My Duramax will go 0-60 in the 4.20's, but that's with a 4WD launch, so traction is good.

Thanks for the info.

Was the AirRide (front)/Hotchkis (rear) setup a personal choice or did it come that way?

Thank you for all the positive comments. Here's some information:
Air Ride Tech suspension w/Strong arms front and Hotchkis rear. Worth the investment every time. Highly recommended. Tremec 600 transmission. 3.73 rear. Real SS 138 car. 17" Stocton wheels as mentioned. Disc brakes. Lingenfelter engine. Pretty quick even with me at the wheel as you can see by this unofficial iphone app result. I just didn't mini tub this car and I pay for it with that launch.

Really like the stance and look - I am finishing up my 65 right now. Mine is ermine white with blue interior original SS. I checked out the Stockton site and did't find a 17x10 smoothie but may have missed it. I've had a 17x10 on mine so I know they fit w/o mini tubs but it is very tight. Can you let me know additional specs on the wheels and tires - back spacing front and back and the tires - what are they? really like the red lines. Great classic look with modern dimensions - exactly what I want to accomplish with mine.

what size tires are u guys running on the 10in rim?

The combo I had was a 10x17 with 5" back space with a 275 35 - it fit on my car with enough space inside but I think the fender would need to be trimmed some or rolled for enough space on the outside. I didn't drive it with this set up just had it rolling around in the shop while doing work on the car. I think when I finally go with my final set up I will settle on 17x9 to be safe - not sure I want to roll or cut on this car.

I'm running 255/50 tire on the rear. The Stockton website is confusing to me, so I ended up just calling.
The time is an actual run at the local track. I just use the iphone for 0-60, 0-30, 0-100 times. I know its unscientific but I still do comparisons for my own amusement.
This was a five year project. Lingenfelter built the motor. Its supposed to be able to do 200hrs@7500rpms. I got a 50000 mile warranty also. The car only has 3500 miles on it since completion. Its got some power. Take a look at this GPS verified top speed.
