How close to Biloxi are you? I will have to stop by there on the way home.

Frank,
I'm actually about an hour and a half west of New Orleans (in Baton Rouge), but it's all interstate and a pretty easy drive. If you've got some time to kill, let me know. You're more than happy to swing by. I need to talk about front suspension with you anyway. Plus, it would definitely be nice to meet you in person and put a face with a name.

Chris

I'll probably get to the BR area for a weekend within the next month. I'll let you know when I'll be in town.

So it is not a given suspension that limits ride height. This kit has enough adjustment to ride on the stops, but you would not want to do that

Thanks Frank - looks like i'm going to be cutting the next one up a little more then i planned.

for a 69 camaro thats mini tubbed it's written that you need the weld on brackets with off-set bushings to bring the lower bar in-board. Are the brackets welded inboard of where the original leaf spring perch's were located on a 69 camaro. Anything you can add would be appreciated
thanks

Because the lower link bar is so fat. If you are doing a mini tub car you have to use the weld on brackets and offset bushings specified in your kit order. We did th weld on brackets on Louis car. These brackets eliminate the leaf spring perches and moves the bars in for tire clearance.

ItDoRun 04-16-2009 01:53 PM

Those 335's are tight under there!

ProdigyCustoms 04-16-2009 02:04 PM

Plenty of room. Were dialed in on all the measurments. Remeber we have 335s under MotiV8tr also
