That is a good ending. Glad it all worked out.

When I used to work - I used to tell the retailers "sometimes we ship some crap - wrong color - wrong chair - whatever... and it's not that we're going to mess up sometimes - but we ARE going to do whatever it takes to make it RIGHT!"
