I think it'll look real sharp with the correct blacked out tail panel without the rear spoiler. It'll be very unique. I'm pretty sure all SS396's came with the black panel aside from black cars.

Dropped the car off to the media blaster today. I will get the car back tomorrow and then it will get some expoxy primer.

Whoa cool build and someone actually within 30 mins of my house! Mind me asking who did your blasting? I got mine done took a long time!!!! Now where replacing all sheet metal on my Chevelle. Brandon

Got the car blasted today. Here is a close up pic of the firewall. Hard to make out from this pic, but the lettering looks like: blu and D99. Anyone know what D99 code is?

According to this website on decoding the build sheet. The D99 designation is Two Tone Paint Molding. I have never seen one before and I have no idea what it looks like or what it is. Hope this helps. If you do find a picture or anymore info post it up I love to learn more about Camaro!
