I've got the Invo, I really like the look of the tread when I saw it in person, plus it looks good to me on the 70

I read or seen pics of your build, what is the link? I wanted to see what you did with the frame to fit those tires.

OK, 285/30r20 Nitto 555's are here, 305/35r20 555R's will be here next week then I can take some axle specs and get my FAB 9" ordered!!! :woot:

Nice wheel choice and great color. They flow well with the color of the car and the black top.

Nick,

I would check out the NT555R, because they do have the 305/35/20, which has a nice sidewall height, and will look good on that 10" rim.

Those are 10" wheels? Wow!! They look much wider, looks like a 12" wheel.

Must be the massive lip. Those wheels will look great under your car. Usually I dont like 20" tall wheels under most old iron. But your car will pull the look off perfectly, nice big rear quarter. Great choice. And Im thinking a 305mm tire is the way to go JR

Nitto NT555 245/35r19 (25.87x9.65) going to be here Monday!!

Here is what the Nitto NT555r 305/35r20 (28.58x12.16) look like.

I really like it, going to get the tires mounted tomorrow and make some room in the wheel well by rolling/cutting the outer fender lip.

Here is how it looks on the new wheels and tires.

Front
-Nitto NT555 245/35r19 (25.87x9.65)
-Rushforth Rated X (Machine lip w/satin black face) 19x8 5" BS

Rear
- Nitto NT555r 305/35r20 (28.58x12.16)
- Rushforth Rated X (Machine lip w/satin black face) 20x10 4.5" BS

The car will settle down a inch or more in the front when I drive it again but this is for the time being until my new rear 9" axle gets here, but over all this is the stance I am aiming for.

Very nice Nick! Looks awesome!

Nick.V70 07-18-2010 08:54 AM

Thanks, I was worried about the difference between the front and rear tire height but I think once the front comes down after driving it she will look great. Can't wait!!!
