Seriously tho, very cool of you... your political incorrectness notwithstanding. :_paranoid

OK Enough with the compliments. I just hired the best guy for the job. I did not solve world hunger or anything important.

I just don't like to owe people money, and I do enough wrong that I don't need to give anyone any more ammo to talk crap. You feel me.

Through that program we found a 58 year old cleaning machine named DJ. That guy can clean like no other we have ever had. Our Roll up doors are spotless. The area around the dumpster is spotless. I have him deburr cut parts for our chassis production line. Plus he keeps the Hauler clean on the inside. Just because he has a dedicated position and the time and the patience to be able to clean like he does, my shop looks 10 times cleaner then with the high school student after school or spare time when the guys in the shop do their part.

He is not the fastest guy on the planet, but he probably has the best attitude or anybody in the shop.

I have had him scrapping old Dynamat out from the floor of a car we are supposed to mini tub in today. He came in with a smile ready to get that old Dynamat out of the car.

WTF --- Just call Ironworks.... any of his guys are experienced and probably looking to improve their work conditions and wages. Of course the cost of living might be a bit of a shock....

Good luck with your hiring Steve! Sorry for the thread jacking... :D

have you thought about poaching skill on a part time basis? I know my friend lives out there and was looking for a part time gig for extra cash, he is probably expensive though.
