Love this build - it's looks great now, and it'll look even meaner once you have the rideheight and alignment dialed
What size tire are you planning on running? Sticking with those wheels? Awesome car, man! |
For now i'm sticking with those wheels. They are corvette 18" replica's which are pretty cheap. I need to recover some from the other major upgrades I'm doing. Eventually i'll probably move to the Forgestar wheels. I'm running a 265 front tire now. I'll probably keep the 265 size or move to the 275.

I also test fitted the Holley mid length ls swap header. 1 7/8" primary with 3" collector. Need to verify in the car with mast pan and speedtech mounts, and steering shaft.

Got some stuff done.
DSE subframe connectors are in Down bars are in. I decided to weld them in with a removable tube adapter and the plates welded to the firewall. I have some clean up to do still. Next is to finish the trans tunnel with the speedtech cover then power wash / steam the underside and get the whole thing ready for undercoating and firewall paint. http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f9...ps8bu6xho9.jpg http://i63.tinypic.com/15yam1s.jpg http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f9...pskvtt00ws.jpg |
