wheel question

Welcome aboard. Do you, or anybody for that matter, know what wheels are on Malitude and the Poteet/Strope/Pure Vision white Charger that was at SEMA this year? Were they both one-offs?

Thanks Steve for the compliments. The Impala is still waiting for Air Ride and Brakes, but they are on their way!

I'll post some pictures. It's been a long time since I've posted up on forums.

Thanks again,
Jon

Hey Guys -
Not to get off topic, but you sent me a set of your Tiller 5 wheels last week (17x13 and 17x8) and it looks like these are bare wheels with no protective coating on them. What do you recommend for keeping them looking good and protected ?
Thanks.

The wheels on Malitude are brushed GTX's. The wheels on the Pure Vision Charger are powder coated Muroc II's. Not one-off's, but of course custom builds. I hope that was the info you were looking for.

Jon

Hit 'em with some Budnik Polish a couple times a year. Use a foam applicator, and a micro fibre cloth to polish out. I've also heard amazing things about the Mother's Power Ball, although we have not used it ourselves.

Thank you,
Jon

Welcome Jon. To anyone else polishing billet wheels....The mother's power ball is well worth the money. Also, it really helps to buy the powermetal polish. It seems to work better than the mag/aluminum polish, and it's a lot easier to remove. It only took me 30 min to polish all four wheels last weekend.

FYI...I was just on the Mother's website, and they now offer a mini-power ball.
