Gav, the ridetech setup might enable you to sit lower for ride height but may have tighter clearance for the tailpipes. You should be able to weld in the ridetech setup.

Gav,
I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have about installation of our g-Bar and g-Link systems. There are a bunch of different options so we can tailor the system to your specific needs. Shock to tire clearance, which someone mentioned, is not an issue. I know you already found the instructions, but did you find this page yet? There are downloads for individual components with lots of technical info. As far as ride height goes there is no one system that will allow the car to sit lower than any other without modifying the floor. The floor is the limit. We like our cars to handle and ride nice so our baselines specs keep the hard parts from beating each other up. You can read about ride height and how it is determined in this document: Click Here. Our system is really easy to install and requires minimal fabrication skills. We ship to Australia all the time and we even offer a right hand drive version of our front clip. Again, I'm happy to answer any questions. My direct extension is 247 or you can email me. |

Our set up does in fact use a full length bushing in the stock front leaf perch. However, the bars are welded offset to the inside. They clear a 335 tire, no problem (use the search and you'll see a ton of posts about this).

Oh snap! Nevermind then!

There are a few options you need to choose, so please go to our website and make your selections. Here's the link to the 1st gen Camaro page (in case you need coil overs as well): http://www.ridetech.com/store/muscle...hash=V264.V328 |
