Every Camaro in town has the duck tail. That T/A wing would look good and keep the Poncho theme going and be slick if you cut it down like you said. It's hard to argue with the cleanlines of a wingless trunk though.....
Call mine 1/2 vote for T/A and 1/2 for wingless! |

Roger - Your GTO spoiler is the style that I like in terms of width versus height. I do like the T/A wing, but I want to find the shortest version I can. Even with the same height as a GTO, the 67/68 firebird is so narrow that the aspect ratio makes it look very tall, almost a little ricer. Early Ponitacs and National Parts Deport both have ones that fit a 68, the NPD one has 3-3/4" standoffs. Haven't heard back from Early Pontiacs yet. I am trying to locate a shorter one. Still have the factory one that came off it (looks exactly the same as a 68 Camaro spoiler) too. |
