Thanks for sharing, cool stuff. Anybody know what ended up happening with that wrecked Ferrari F40 they started to take on. I've never been able to see a follow up episode with them rebuilding the car.

That episode comes on Monday 6/10. They finished building it and according to them are better than Ferrari factory tolerances. They had an exec from Ferrari fly to Texas to get the car back cause they didn't want a shop in Tx to rebuild a F40 but they told him to go pound sand. From what the guys at Gas Monkey told me when i was there, they bought all the F40 parts before they actually bought the car on the show so they would have everything they need and Ferrari couldn't stop them from getting parts. I was told they had the car out at a track few weeks ago and Gas Monkey will most likely be keeping the car. Looking fwd to the episode to see how it looks, I didn't see it at the shop when i visited.

I really dig this show. I think the lack of drama, dumb "pranks" (Foose), and the great personalities really make it enjoyable. They seem like they are having fun even when they run into trouble on the builds (the dude spending an hour extracting a rusty sheared bolt)... I can relate to that. I also like how each car they work on is so different and how they don't modify everything in one style.

YEOW!!!

I think the show is great. I have liked most of the builds and the personalities are great. I like the idea of them driving around and trying to find gems hidden out in people's yards. I like the fact that they don't build run of the mill stuff, but it sure hurts them when they try to sale them.

Haven't heard of it before, which is strange since just about anything i watch on tv has to do with some form of wheels...

What network?

#1 -- thanks for posting the pics

#2 -- I agree with the guys here - I like the show - and like the people. It seems more "real life" car guys... just doing their thing. Richard is a hoot and
even when he's stressed out -- he's stressed out over the right kind of "stuff".

#3 -- There's no Blue Bear or that idiot "Mike" on the show. Yippeeeeeeee!

Thanks, my DVR is set. That's pretty interesting about the Ferrari, looking forward to seeing the show. They do some cool builds and most of them seem to be drivers.

I love the fact that the European Supercar manufacturers just can't take it when a shop from the USA in the heart of the south takes those 1950's technology V8 engines and Detroit iron then builds a car that just spanks their 6 and 7 figure cars for a fraction of the cost.

Thank you Hennessy and than you Gas Monkey for making them look like the arrogant piss-ants that they are.
