Check this company: http://www.thermotec.com/

They have all kind of heat insulation materials.

About the Holden Commodore, when Opel made them they were sold in the US as Cadillac Catera (only as a 4-door saloon). The coolest ones we have had here in Europe was the inline 6-cylinder twinturbo 500+ horsepower Lotus Omega 4 door saloon

Hey all, waking the dead thread here, but I figured I'd drop back past and say hi as I haven't been on here in a while. Plus I wanted to show Scott what I'd been up to. My pro touring style Australian Ford Falcon ute got to the point where it was looking a little too powerful for the street (I know.... you can never have too much power.. hehe), so I figured I needed to keen my licence and I'd race it legally.

Engine: Australian Ford DOHC 4.0L inline turbocharged 6 (factory power 400hp) - The BARRA

Projected power on methanol: 1200+rwhp (so far these engines are young and there's 2 cars making near 1200 on non alcohol fuel)

Although its was kinda Nascar cool, removed the side sheets off the screen support, no probs with view restrictions.

Rear wheels fit like a charm, tubs should be ready by Wednesday and the wheelie bars should be on by the middle of next week.

It won't be like a tube frame car though (unibody and factory trans tunnel says no to that) in the fact that they sit on the deck. I do like that, but I'm also digging how it sits.
