You might want to consider having a rendering done of the car.Im in the process of having one done for myself.I figure its much easier to change something on paper than on the real car. If your like me you have several different combos for color and wheel tire selection in mind and think all of them would look outstanding. After seeing them on paper you maybe second guessing some of your choices. To me there would be nothing worse than to finish up a project and take one step back and think to myself.Thats not really what I had in mind? just a thought.

Just found this thread... you make a decision on paint and wheels?

I guess my general displeasure with it is carrying over from one of the things I hate about most "corporate" paint color selections on new cars these days...cars being sold in your pick of a whole 5 or 6 "colors", with four of them always being white/black/silver/gray. BO-Ring! Just my $.02 -R

And you end up like the guy with the Pastel Blue or Salmon colored car... lol

Silver, red, black and blues are "safe bet" colors, but for a reason.. they look great and have stood the test of time. Odd colors are great today but become the equivilent of an "avacado green" refrigerator down the line.

Hell, in 10 years the orange on Penny might make her look dated, but a nice silver car will most likely still appeal to many (including the owner).

I will make you a good deal on a set of 18's and 20's that will fit your car with a little work.

That's what's really tied up my decision. I was going to go with SOM to match my 4th Gen, but I'm afraid the color may look a bit dated after a few years. I think I may end up going with a "safer" dark metallic gray like one of the following.
Nissan Storm Grey metallic

Acura Magnesium Metallic

or Chevy Graystone Metallic

Another color that's recently caught my eye... but a little different is Chevy Desert Brown Metallic

Nothing looks as good as a basic color with razor sharp body work. basic color cars with outstanding body work ALWAYS turns heads. I'm always blown away every time I see a car with no stripes or graphics, especially black, and the body work just screams look at me. Love the darker honda color you picked.

I was listening to a radio show and they mentioned the number one color choice for cars in silver and grey. Apparently they out sell other colors 2:1

Seems to be a popular choice.

i personally kinda cringe when i see a nice musclecar and the color chosen is some honda or toyota color. maybe its just me.
