There is a DIY guy from Oz on YouTube with the username WJP004 who has several fiberglass videos covering exactly what you are looking for.

Definitely a good resource, his approach is more realistic for the do it yourself-er. If you get tired of watching his fiberglass videos he has a series on how to build a house. Yep the whole thing. :cheers:
