bump it up and let's get it sold!!

Is this still available? I'll need a little time to look at everything you listed and talk it over with my husband.

Are there any major issues that I would need to know about. It also looks like you were trying to restore to original, is that correct? Also, I see it says it's a roller with no engine or transmission listed. Is there anything in the engine bay? Could I get pictures of the engine bay and on the underside of the car? Out off all the parts listed, are they all in the packaging except the new front sheet metal?

I may have more questions once I look more into what you've listed.

I'm in northern Nevada (Winnemucca) so I would need to figure out how to get it up here.

Thanks,
Heather

Heather,

Yes it is still available.

There are no issues with the car, needs restoration
I was going to build another pro-touring car / shop car, to show my work
The parts came with the car when I purchased it.
You are correct, no engine or trans.
The engine bay has small block frame mounts and trans crossmember
I will post additional pics you requested
And, yes, the the new parts are in their packaging/ boxes (besides new front end sheetmetal bolted on car)

Please let me know if you have anymore questions or need additional pics

thanks, Jeff

Thank you. It looks like more work than we are willing to take on at the moment.

Jeff,

After looking around some more, we may still be interested in your car. I have a few more picture requests. Can I get a better picture of the spot on the passenger side rear quarter panel, near the door handle area? In the current pictures, it looks like it needs some work and we are trying to determine what kind of work would be necessary. Could I also see pictures for the floor pan and the cowl tag?

Thanks!
Heather

Heather,

I will take a bunch of pics that you requested early tomorrow morning

I do have some of the floors that i will add now
The spot on the pass quarter in where some of the body filler is missing from when seam filled when quarter panel was installed years ago
I am no t a body guy, but I would imagine that any body person would want to get it back down to metal and prep it themselves
The body work was done years ago, then primed, but the desert sun and heat did put hairlines in some filler spots, but better than rust! LOL

Thanks, Jeff

Thank you for the pictures of the floor pan. Looks like the back floor pan is in decent shape, but the front (especially the driver side) may need full replacement including the toe board. Difficult to tell on the passenger front, but do you think that would need to be replaced as well? Looking forward to seeing more pictures.

Thanks,
Heather

Heather,

I would say that 85-90% of the floor is in great condition

Remember that the car is 48 years old, so to find a pristine floor pan/ car is rare

The drivers front area where your heel would be is the only trouble spot
the toe boards are good, just surface
I was planning on getting the repair section for the drivers front and cutting out around the factory lines and trimming new piece and installing, then coat entire floor pan

Here are some more pics that i just took

Please let me know if you need additional ones

thanks, Jeff

Are you able to see how thick the body filler is where it cracked on the passenger side? I'm also not really sure why you would need filler there unless that just happened to be where the weld seam was, any ideas? Were you able to get a picture of the cowl tag?

Thanks for all your patience with me. I am new to looking into buying a car like this and want to know what I'm getting myself into.

Heather
