for some reason the 'rake' of alloway's car and that little model both remind me of 300C's.....

Like Bobby told me today "wheels are like boobs, while the stock ones look alright, big ones look really good." While I can't argue with that- the big wheel deal is an Alloway trademark. With two SMOY winners under his belt and one RU last year (Challenger), it looks like the judges tend to agree with the man.

I'll post more pics as they are available.

Have a great weekend; time for Mai Tai's! :D

better get him a little more width than that if he plans on harnessing that twin turbo Ford..I wouldn't think that tire has a decent speed rating either..We all know what we'd like to have, but guess what..no one makes it...I'd like a taller tire on the rear of the Cuda..like say a 345X35X20..no one makes such an animal

IMO bigger wheels like 22's and 20's are the new trend on bigger body cars. I have looked at a few Mustangs that look real nice with 22's on the back like the one foose did on overhaulin for that dude in the wheelchair. That one was very nice! I plan on putting 22's and 19 on my Chevelle. In the end its all about what u like though if its ur doe do it how u want it.

michelin has been very good to us..They are very proud of this tire..say it's the best streetable tire they ever made.. I hope they don't quit making it..I'll get a few extras before they do..

Leadfoot1 07-19-2006 06:42 AM

Yeah,

I heard that story on those tires a few times around....Why would they discontinue the tires if they think its the best they ever made??? I'm curious because i really heard it on different occasions and frankly don't get it...

Any ideas?

Oh yeah....Car looks Mean i like it! (the rear view is a bit weird tough...i guess its 'cause of the angle the shot was taken from or it needs to come down a bit from the rear) Colour???

That stance is killer with the big wheel combo. the bigger the better. Bobby has always used big and little tire and wheel hot rod look.
