On the Digital Guard Dawg, it'll turn off at 5s without brake. On the brake it's only 1s. When the cars WOT, 1-5s is an eternity esp when trying to hit a 22mm button on the dash.
When my car gets re-wired i'm putting a big red "kill" switch on the dash for an emergency shut off.
For a frame of reference, at 60mph, in 2s my car will pick up around 40mph, and be fighting traction the entire time. |
