Alterkion is a beefier unit. |
WOW !!
Were using a XV set up on the Cuda. Not the best looking unit (needed a couple mods) but at least they base there lowers off of a vette. After looking at those pics I feel so much better with the XV (atleast alittle more confident) It sucks when these kits are so expensive and then you have to put ALOT of hours into them fixen and fudgen to get them right. The only one loosen is the customer. Just my two and 1/2 cents Mark |

It's definitely going to end up in a Magazine spread, but would be cool to see a feature with it on an actual track. |
AWESOME car!!!
but one question....... Where is the license plate going to go? :P http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/s...icture6276.jpg |

I was always wondering with the hood like that with it being open going down & into the air induction. Does it get water down in there? I thought about doing something like that before on a Nova. But wasn't sure about water. Thanks Rob |
Stunning! One of the best Mopars I have seen.

Just got back home from the Good Guys Scottsdale show... a fun the 35 hour road trip.
Thanks for the re-direct on this thread. Anyways, a lot of progress was made on the assembly over the week I was gone. The front end is now completely assembled and the car will be ready for upholstery at the end of the week. Here are some exterior shots of the front end completed. http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/s...icture6371.jpg http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/s...icture6372.jpg http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/s...icture6375.jpg http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/s...icture6379.jpg http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/s...icture6380.jpg http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/s...icture6362.jpg |

Love the Challenger but where can I see more of that GTO? It looks awesome in this pic, and it's the same color as my Tempest lol. |
And again... where the h@ll is buildbook team :(
One idea RS-perf , why not make a "buildbooks" or DVDs of cars you make as an by product ? I would gladly bay one copy in 20-50 $ range. Awsome work as allways  |
Wow, what a great shot.

Great work guys. Nice job. |
I have to know too...
Where did you get those headlights? Are they 5" Ebay headlights? I know they sell similar ones there with Halo's and projectors. Please let us know, the peasants are in turmoil! |

I can't let out all the secrets. We have been working on producing bolt in kits for the Chevelle's and Challenger/Cuda's. They should be available after the 1st of the year. I'll have something on our web site and start a thread on Lateral-G.
|
Thats understandable and respectable. Dont forget to make a 7" version for all other round headlight cars! (Camaros, A-Body Mopars, everything in the 60/s and 70's...)
My only question is, do the projectors perform well? IE: A good, bright beam, with a sharp cutoff line, so we dont blind oncoming traffic? I know a lot of cheap lights and projectors are terrible at that and scatter the light everywhere.. if yours are sharp, and maybe even if you could provide a picture, im sure you would sell a crap-ton of them to people even without specifying a model/make type. Wiring is easy to work with yourself, and easily customizable to fit anything! |
Cant tell from the photos. When you did the fab work did you keep it as metal of did you change it to CF.

Back From Upholstery
Just got the Challenger back from upholstery. Steve Holcomb (Pro Auto) did a killer job with the design and stitchwork.

Very nice car!!
|
This car is so nice that some of the little things that look out of place really stick out.
I understand the whole mono look but those nice assss wheels need at leats a chrome lip IMO just to black and not even shiny just such a killer car that color really needs some chrome, but thats just me. But man i havent seen a car with better fit and finsih than this car!:hail: |

Chrome or polished lips would look so out of place. imho. |
