Just some feed back on using the Baer brakes for those of you looking to run a manual set up. Amazing! I used the 14" pro plus, 6 piston front and rear will a 1" Wilwood master and a propotioning vavle hidden under the drivers door. No power booster and they stop amazingly well. Great pedal feel.

Rodger just looked through you photos on your web page. Again beautiful ride.
Stance is dead on. Hows your height compared to Dougs, if Im not mistaken he's running your subframe. Seen it, driven in it and I cant believe how low he sits. Id like to see the the two of these rides next to each other.

awr68 07-20-2010 09:39 PM

Roger, what day are you getting to Puyallup? Can't wait to see it! Did Blake decide if he is coming down? Who all is coming down this year?

Just make sure it's Cherry or Strawberry flavor---any of the other choices could detract from the car.

Blake can't spare a weekend? Geeezzzz. It's like he's vested in the company or something---

Doug

That's exactly what I run.. 6P calipers and the Wilwood 1" master.. great setup.

Steve1968LS2 07-22-2010 08:08 AM

Make sure you let me know when it's done.. we could use more red '69s in the magazine ;)

Seriously though.. killer ride (no pun intended)

prostreet69cama 07-22-2010 08:24 AM

Nice car. What size guages did you put in the guage cluster?

Thanks Steve. Chris Shelton was just up here taking his 2000 pics for Super Chevy. I think they had the same idea.....another red '69 Camaro :willy: .

The way I always say it, build the car for you, not to please the crowds.

Seriously though, that brake combo does kick butt!

Speedo and Tach 3 3/8". Fuel 2 1/16". You need to "modify" the back of the stock dash to make it fit right but I think they give it an updated stock look.

Ok, so I couldn't deal with how the stock spoiler looked on RedZed so....here we go again  . One night after work, Gary and I decided to make a new custom rear spoiler. So out cam the tinfoil :_paranoid and away we went.

Just a high density urethane carving foam is what I've been told. We get it from a local foam shop.

Hard to believe that I drove the car from Vancouver on Thursday 4 1/2 hours to get there. And through the rain to boot :( but all in all, it drove great!
