The creativity of your builds is just mind blowing! :hail:

I feel an amazing urge to spend sick amounts of money everytime you post up something new on this build. I really love the colors on the car--I love how the stripes are done and stand out in that color---it's gonna be one of the best ones out of the shop so far.

Awesome work Cris. Very nice.

Here is a pic of where we ended up with the package tray.. Got the idea from Ned's 70 Cuda to do it in a angle...
http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2056.jpg We also started the qtr panel work.. It is looking like we will be able to remove the taper of the car without distorting the lines... But is gonna require some work on the tail panel.. This will be a small stretch to the car.. but make the car look wider in the back... http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2052.jpg |
The Tray looks nice.. Cars going to be bad ass.
|
Got a Qustion Are you plans to make a fold down rear seat?
http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2056.jpg |
No back seat for this 69... We still got alot more work to do to this area..

We are going thru a major A$$ re-consrtuction! The car has been stetched for a total of 2 inches per side & held my side body lines..
This will give you an idea of the work being done to the rear! http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2107.jpg |
Here are pics of the stretch... The whole tail panel has been moved out to remove the taper in the rear of the car..

You guys have so much fun! I would love to work for you. |
Chris you guys are making it harder and harder for the other guys to keep up with you.
Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing one of your cars in person one day. |
Rick- I have not had time to finish the firewalls yet.. I am so buried with other projects that take prioity to this.. but I make sure you get some pricing as soon as I have it..

This suspension project has been kicking me in the ass! But the last minute changes have been worth it.. for the last few weeks we have be testing & tuning on BB.. & have been having alot of intresting chats with Mike Maiers..
The one thing that he has advised me on is make it simple to tune.. The shock bucket that we had before makes it difficult to change shock springs.. Re-design... We also have been running some pretty aggressive negitive camber... So we made it adjustable on the lower control arm by slotting & running camber washers.. Also Guy Ankeny will be working on the sway bar design for me.. I promise that it will be some thing trick with adjustments on it.. My learning curve this past week is being incorporated into our front suspension! http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...rack031512.jpg |
Any Update ?
Please post some pics.....

Here are some updated pics of what the rear of the 69 Camaro is looking like… The car is wider by 2 inches per side… This has been a lot of work… The whole tail panel was built from scratch & relocated the tail lights out to match the original location.. The bumper also was hand built .. The exhaust openings are done.. We are almost done doing with all the work on the pass side qtr.. All I can say is that this car looks super wide.. looking forward to having it on the ground next month..
The rear spoiler is coming but will work on that later! Also working on a center gas cap design.. & the sub-frame rails were machined last week.. http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2327.jpg http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2328.jpg http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2329.jpg http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_2330.jpg |
