sorry

Sorry about spelling name wrong Charley

zcrz 12-07-2008 11:10 AM

I think the vette motor and drivetrain will be plenty of bling:cool:

coolwelder62 12-07-2008 08:12 PM

Yellow is great.

I have been a fan of Marks work & build style for years. And its not going to matter what color this ends up being painted. Every person on this web site would take the car no questions asked. If it was offered. The main thing is that is what charley wants. So enjoy the car & I hope to I have a chance to see it in person. Scott

I have been looking for some

ZR1 wheels. If you don;t mind please PM me where you got them and the price.

thanks

4mm 12-08-2008 11:28 PM

Here is another option for Zr1 wheels, repro wheels for under $1k.
I provided a forum link since the wheels aren't on the website.

clill 12-09-2008 07:37 AM

The ZR1 wheels are not released yet because of no pricing yet.

Payton King 12-09-2008 08:31 AM

Thanks for the info

I really like those wheels and they will look fantastic on your car.

These guys have been advertising oem ZR1 wheels for a good while. I don't know if they actually stock them or not.

:faint: That ride is awesome! Those parts must cost a fortune!!This ride is gona be awesome when done!!

RamAirDave 12-11-2008 07:33 PM

Regardless of color, it'll be a wicked ride, Chuckles. :D

I really like how some of the "ugly" aspects are being cleaned up rather than how they are commonly dressed up with bling, which draws more attention.

I dig those front inner fenders with the splash shield area cleaned up

kwhizz 12-18-2008 05:37 AM

Dave.......................I'll bet you can wait to leave your "Mark" on this one either..................LOL

I would guess that SW would want to keep them for resale value.

Some longhorns on the front to match the rear would balance out the look!
Boss Hog style.

Hey now big fella...next to Hugger Orange,I think Daytona Yellow is the BEST color for a '69 Camaro...and if my '70 Z wasn't HO,I would have painted it that color too...but since it is,I went with the next, logical choice...Yellow,in this case Millenium Yellow.
I happen to think it's a "badass yellow camaro",sorry if you don't agree:

Easy muscle car man...Did you call me a HO? J/K

I do agree that hugger orange is the BEST color for a camaro. Your 69 looks good. I like how the black stripes break the yellow up. Also, the rims compliment the color. I should have held my judgement until I saw pictures of the car. Regardless of the color, Charley's camaro will be kick ass. Maybe this car will change my mind of yellow.
