Seeing this car in person at Good Guys I could not believe how ugly this thing is in person. I have to say the pics here must be all altered and photo chopped.
Major booty fab fabrication all over the place, poor craftsmanship, fit and stance all over the place, interior and engine compartment are ugly etc etc I woudl be ashamed of showcasing a car like that or even driving something like that in public. That is why I will maje the sacrifice and say I can take the ca off your hands so you do not need to continue living in shame :D JK this is an insane bad ass build, the pictures definitely do not do the car justice. We capped off this crazy 2012 season when we qualified for Goodguys 2013 "Muscle Machine of the Year" and got a "Builders Choice" in Delmar this last weekend! To top it off, I finally got to have some fun on the autocross as well! It was great meeting some of you for the first time out there and hope to see you again. :cheers:

Steve, your car is absolutely beautiful!! One question, when you lowered the rockers did you cut out the originals and form up new ones that extended down lower? or did you just weld metal onto the bottoms to extend them down?
I have a Max-G chassis as well. I am not necessarily looking to extend my rockers quite as low as you did because of all the extensive modifications that are needed. I just want to eliminate that factory flange at the bottom where the inner and outer rocker are spot welded together. Thanks, Aman |

We used the upper part of the originals and grafted our fabbed rockers into that. The fenders were added on proportionatly as well as the quarters. Overall its about a 3" extension with a 4" of ground clearance. We did not want anything hanging down below the rocker. |
