About 35 cars and some pretty good runners plus Matt and Gregg!

...and my best run:

No official results yet, but I think I came in fourth behind Jake R, and two non interior AutoX race cars and a tenth out of third. Not bad for this rookie. Props to Matt and Gregg for the coaching!

...and he didn't come to this one either!

Whatever you do.... don't let Blundell drive your car! He's rough on valvetrain parts! :poke:

I think our boy needs a throttle stop, lower Rev limiter setting or both. :-)

Thanks Jeff! There were actually three Crown Vics out there. Two were decked out an looked like they could be in use today (radios, antennas, and lights) the other had a blower on it! Mad props for those guys gettin' out there.

Looks and sounds like you had a blast...congrats! Fun to finally get them out and run them huh? Any more issues or are most of the new build kinks worked out finally?

Hey Lance! You should know I read and enjoy every word in your updates

Kinks...the good news is most of the systems are functioning as they should. Most being the operative word: there were no leaks through the day and no wonky systems issues like clutch, drivetrain or powersteering and the trans shifts like butter. The motor is finally dyno tuned and has gobs of torque. I do have an intermittent lazy tach and no speedo function (looks pretty sitting on zero mph though, lol). I have some underdash wiring and need to reroute of my fuel vent line (for safety) that needs to be done and just general PITA / why didn't I do that earlier kinda stuff. But the car runs great! Seat time and general maintenance is what I care about most these days.
