Nice work Greg! Very smooth driving and that motor sounds wonderful.

#1 - I agree -- watching the video makes my stomach flip flop just a bit - because in my mind I should be setting up for the turns the other way! A couple times I've said to myself - "get over! get over! You're on the wrong side of the track for this turn!"

#2 - I'm NOT a GoPro fan.... it has lousy set up functionality - nobody can remember all the BS you have to change or how to change it. I did the firmware upgrade - twice - still don't have the one touch and can't find the upside-down flipper.

#3 - The little Mutt is far better than the driver

#4 - Regarding the OShizzle pucker.... Try as I might - it's impossible to take turn 5 "at speed"... Maybe I should quit trying?!?!:wow: :D

Hopefully Charlie will chime in. Turn 1 and turn 9 is what I'll be working on. I dont use all of 9 and need to pick up my speed going in and comeing out of 9. I know your supposed to trail brake about in the middle of 8 and 9 in order to set up for 9.
I need to be in the 2:04's to be satisfied. That will mean knocking 3.5 seconds off of my current times.

I clocked many laps of various cars that were running green group.... my lap times were faster than many of them. BUT --- big butt --- they had more traffic than I did. The new Mustang Jack built (the original builder of my car) was running 2:08's -- and everyone said the 'bypass' was a 4 second difference - so he'd be running 2:04's

He has KILLER brakes -- HUGE tires (315's all around) -- is light (think carbon fiber roof and doors etc) -- the car is set up -- and the driver is experienced (sounds like a line from Jimi Hendricks) So if you get to 2:04 you are smokin' hot!!

One of the very experienced drivers and set up guys took Chets Mustang out (similar to Charley and my cars) - granted it's not as powerful as mine - and might not be set up as well etc (but it might be set up better? Who knows).... but think Mary Pozzi -- Kevin is going to wring out a time in it... and he was running 2:16's. So I was happy with my 2:10/2:12/2:14 laps

or you can keep trying and end up sliding across the track, sideways downhill through the dirt. Now that's REAL pucker factor. :wow: :faint:

It took me a lot repetitions, and carrying a copy of the instruction sheet to the track. The Hero2 menu is improved but still complex due to the amount of varibles packed into the small package.

This will change, especially considering how smooth you transition. Good Driving!

Sometimes slower is faster. Going slow when you're focused on going fast isn't easy. :D

You should be beaten with a stick for posting a backwards video. My head hurts...

I agree! It's hard to watch!

I just couldn't figure out how to get it right side up and make it go 'round like it should... I need a tech savvy guy like you to do it for me! Can I email the video to you for a fix? :unibrow:
