Right now Kenny is taking it easy and trying to get better. I told him since there has never been a rush to finish the truck - why start rushing now.

Our Goal would be to Debut the truck at the First Stop of the Power Tour

slownova 01-21-2009 10:50 AM

i could of missed it. but is the truck not buffed yet? that thing looks bad ass, and painting the wheels was the best thing ever. can it sit that long not buffed?

You are correct. Right before Kenny injured himself they had wet sanded most of the truck.

Good Morning All,

This post is for all of the people that were concerned about the taillights.

Yes, we agreed we needed to do something different with the lights.
So after searching everywhere I found a set of lights that look pretty darn good

Found them on Ebay of all places
Item number: 360125458410

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...Lights_001.jpg

Once the Line-x is all cleaned up they should blend in well with the back of the truck.

Marty,

I thought you mentioned somewhere that you were going to install a tonneau cover painted the red that's on the truck

Mal

GMracer 01-22-2009 04:32 AM

hrm, going to have the see the whole truck polished and what not to get a feel for the lights, they look nice but even though I'm not a fan of all clear, the all clears now seemed to blend better. However, I'm sure like you said when it's all polished and cleaned up they'll look perfect
