Thank you. I've binge watched a lot of metal working videos on youtube lol.

Checked some fitment on cluster and bezel. Pretty happy with the fitment and will look good when they get back from paint. I just got them back from paint and my buddies shop charged me $500 to matte clear it and it looks like garbage, so off to a different shop that has done other stuff for me.

Had a concern of some fitment so I threw a 335 under the back of the car and it looks small. It cleared everything I was worried about so in a few weeks I'll get back to work on the outer tubs to get them finished up.

Got the headers I built for the other suspension cut apart to the point that it would fit. Basically starting over and I still might just buy a set of C6 headers and bolt them up instead of burning up that time building a set of headers.

My core support showed up today and I was able to get the doors and the front end on to start lining up so I can build mounts for the core support. Need to put the hood on first though and get everything squared. Also started laying out some ideas for close out panels under the hood to hide the corvette frame. I think I like it so far and I'll make an access door to get to the fuses and Infinity Box system if I ever need to.

Saturday didn't get a ton done because of how much the quarter has to go on and off to check fit and such. I did build a mock up box of the rough size of my radiator, heat exchanger, and cooling fan set up. I need to add a condenser to it, but I think I'm ok in any case. I want it to be laid down so I can build an extractor hood and have it all ducked to keep as much air out of the engine bay as I can to prevent front end lift at speeds.

With the quick stack check done in the front I went back after the passenger outer wheel well. I got most of it built and only a few small parts left at the bottom for the tub and the quarter to make. The rest is ready to be fully welded and finished out. The goal for next weekend it to get the passenger side and driver side finished up and started on the welding of it all. Once thats all done I'll have it shot with epoxy and it will be ready to have the quarters welded on when I get to that step of the build. Right now its going to help me a lot later on in the build to be able to take them off to access stuff inside them when building brake ducts, fuel fill hose and such.

From the angles of the pictures with no quarter on you can really tell how much the outer edge curves and why I needed to bend the flange with a bead roller and not a straight finger brake.

I’ve got a set of TSP headers off a C5 Z06 here that you can have if you want. They wouldn’t fit my 56 Cameo

Thank you for the offer, but I already agreed to buy a set off a member here that didn't work on his car either lol.

Great to see your progress AJ...that’s quite the ‘puzzle’ coming together.

Thank you. The small puzzle pieces are the hardest to fit too.

Got a render update of the new wheels from Kris Horton. They are ZR1 style. He's working on the rear wide body as well now.

Very impressed with your work AJ!
