I just realized I posted the size incorrectly. It is actually 3.5" round into a 5.25" x 2" approx oval if I remember the oval correctly.

Roush Yates had a whole wall of shelving and bins I spent 20 minutes sorting through and measuring.

I can't imagine. They would have to drag me out of there. I love where you've taken your car Dave!

Car is coming along nicely! I also need to make a visit to the Thrift store for some goodies. Saw a few threads back you were talking about AIX, two of the east coast nasa regions have started a class for Outlaw Vintage cars (like ours) We run in the same group as AI, AIX, CMC ect... but usually start at the back so there is less chance of "rubbing" So far NASA South East, and NASA Mid Atlantic have sanctioned the class, and we have to nod to run in the East Nationals at RA, but just for exibition. Check it out at this link http://www.outlaw-vintage-racing.com/home.html

Thanks. I have looked into that class and contacted Gordon but there does not seem to be any traction out west here. Would be pretty much the perfect class IMO for many of us. VERY simple rulesets and like you said lot less chance of trading paint. Thanks for checking in.

What about Tillett Seats? They make a lot of cool stuff. All super light weight!

Cool stuff. It looks a little too "importy" to me and reminds me of the carbon fiber GT3 seats guys were putting in their cars when I was in the Porsche world. Thanks for the suggestion.

Stopped in Gorman for gas and lunch, and decided I had a Snow-Touring photo opp.

1010 miles later we were home. Dead tired. Ears ringing. Worth every cent, minute, and not enough sleep. I will never forget this trip.
