Oh that was just awful!!! I remember us all using gasoline from the pumps to try to clean that stuff off --- thank gawd I had Rudy! I was driving the Gary Meadors 32 Tudor Hiboy ---- no fenders! I think the only thing that saved us was the "belt line" in the body.. LOL

ironic that my car was stuck in paint jail. still bummed i missed it. I'll be there this year though, if blue can make it through...see y'all in Utah..

For those that haven't had the good fortune to be on this HOF tour.... There's a reason Charley is building this Rivi -- and Matt is busting his you know what to get it done..... WE HAVE THE BEST TIME AND THE BEST GROUP OF PEOPLE.... and see the coolest out of the way places and "car stuff". You just have no idea.

I know Charley and I - amongst others - have done a tremendous amount of "car stuff"... we could be/can be pretty "jaded" after awhile. Kind of a "been there done that". THAT DOESN'T happen on this tour. Everywhere we go is just about jaw dropping. The roads chosen - the places visited. The group. Doesn't get any better.
