I think I wet myself after seeing that Green car! The black one is so slick. I love them both.

Brett - On cuts like that, what about making templates out of 1/4" plywood or tempered masonite that you could clamp to the frame rails? Those would be quick and produce pretty clean plasma cuts. :sieg:
