Hi Curtis.

Hi Mate, just looking at the pics of inside your trunk lid and jambs, very apparent your body guy has way too much time on his hands and you have way too much money. lol. are you planning a similar treatment for the underside of the hood and perhaps getting rid of the seams on the fender extensions, valance and header? I reckon you should close those last few holes under the trunk lid and get a nice rear spoiler done in steel, a bit OE looking but a bit custom also, seeing we are spending your money not mine. lol Cheers Trevor.

Trevor, I gave Jim "the big picture" and now I just try to keep up. We walked the car before it headed into surgery, played twenty questions and came up with a plan. He's way ahead of me when it comes to knowing all the small details that help a car reach it's desired look and vibe. "Smooth, Clean & Balanced" is the goal. I'm not huge on the "one piece" look you describe. The remainder of the body lines (valance and header) will still be there along with the fender extensions. I won't be running a front bumper so we closed up the gap, but kept the line.

I love a Camaro when she has her bumper off - So to speak-
Looking good!

Yeah Curtis

Yeah I'm with you now. I thought with the subtle changes around the rear you might carry that through onto the front also, but that wouldn't be practical either. I'm really impressed with the commitment to quality and the communication your body man maintains with you, quite a few threads on some of the forums tell of shocking experiences with body and paint shops. Great to hear something positive. Cheers Trevor.

Finally have the missing pictures of the roof. The new drip rails are on and it's all stitched up. Work has been slowed by the holidays which is totally fine in my book.

Hi Curtis

Hi Curtis, I'm still a bit surprised at the amount of bodywork your car needèd, it looked such a clean car starting out, but in Jim's hands at least it's getting done properly and going to be spot on. Can't wait to see her all painted up but mate, in case I had failed to mention it previously, I'm not a patient person!! lol. Cheers Trevor

Very nice touches to the inconspicuous panels like the deck lid. Your body man is doing awesome work to say the least! The lines and gaps are as perfect as any could ask.
Again looking good Curtis!.......:king:

Looking good Curtis!! Glad to see Jim got it all done. He lost a few nights of sleep due to nightmares of the roof!! He nailed it.... No surprise though!
