Thanks Jeff, I've been wanting a nice man cave for quite some time, very hard to find in my area for a decent price.

I think it's almost 10' to the u/s of the beam. Total height is about 12'

From a local contractor. I'm sure of the make or anything.

Killer garage Ryan. Very nice.
I like your T/A. That is gorgeous. That's an anniversary edition, correct?

How tall is your ceiling in your garage? We are probably staying put for awhile and I have been thinking about a four post for storage purposes.

Guys sorry have not been on the site alot lately I've been busy with many things and not much time to be on the site. This is one project I've been working on. I may start a thread on it. But it's the garage project at my new house. I ended doing a garage floor coating, garage cabinets and a 4-post lift. There was alot of legwork and other things that had to be done to make it all work and fit but it's finally done. And now I can let u guys know that I welcomed home my other car I'd been storing at my buddies house. It's a 99 30th Anniversary Trans Am, Ive always liked them and found this one. I've already done a host of mods including CNC 243 heads, EPS 222/226 Cam, Kooks LT Headers and True Dual exhaust, LS6 intake, TB, Full suspension, new brakes and clutch. etc etc. It made 425 rwhp and 412 rwtq on the same Mustang dyno my 69 was recently on. Anyways, on to the pics of my SW inspired garage :D

So, clearly the 69 doesn't leak. I could never put my 69 on top of that rack.
