Hi Curtis, I'm still a bit surprised at the amount of bodywork your car needèd, it looked such a clean car starting out, but in Jim's hands at least it's getting done properly and going to be spot on. Can't wait to see her all painted up but mate, in case I had failed to mention it previously, I'm not a patient person!! lol. Cheers Trevor

They all need something. The fact that it was the roof is what really shocked me. I totally expect the floor or trunk pan. A few small patches here and there, but over all not to bad if you ask me. Could have been a lot worse that's for sure.

Very nice touches to the inconspicuous panels like the deck lid. Your body man is doing awesome work to say the least! The lines and gaps are as perfect as any could ask.
Again looking good Curtis!.......:king:

That's all Jim. Guys at his level have an eye for the little things that add up. Once it's home, my job will be to not mess it up!

Looking good Curtis!! Glad to see Jim got it all done. He lost a few nights of sleep due to nightmares of the roof!! He nailed it.... No surprise though!

I think that was more of a matter of how the puzzle fit together that kept him up. Once he saw how it all fit....easy day for him. The fact that the roof had to come off actually helped with the drip rail install....I think. lol

Hi Curtis.

Hi Curtis. Yes definitely could have been far far worse, its a case of hoping for the best but fearing the worst when you start stripping any older car. I had owned mine for a number of years, I knew I had issues mainly to do with previous repairs lurking under what was actually pretty good paint, she still threw a couple of surprises our way, but fortunately nothing major. Cheers Trevor.

Went to dinner with some friends over the weekend. Walked out of the restaurant and there was a Silver Tesla parked by the front door. Sharp looking cars and there are more than a few rolling around Las Vegas. Hadn't seen a Silver one before though. I am going to swing by the dealership and see if they happen to have a Silver one I can look at out in the sunlight. Hope it isn't blinding.

Hi Curtis.

Hi Curtis. The cars looking great mate. Just the fact that colour caught your eye the way it did might be a good omen. Fingers crossed it looks right for you in the sunlight. Getting close mate. Cheers Trevor
