Hood alignment 101!!! Last Sunday Mike and I installed my Fesler hood hinges to do the final alignment and square up the front end. After getting everything square, and the hood flush with the fenders I noticed that the back of the hood along the cowl was to high. So after some time tring to adjust the hood to get it flush I finally came to the conclusion that the hood was bowed ! I figured I would have to take the inner stucture out and push the rear of the hood down and reweld it. Naaaaaa!! Hey lets take the hood off and set a wood block in each corner and push down on each corner of the cowl scoop and see what happens .:_paranoid It friggin worked!!!:willy: We set the hood back on the car it was perfect!! Love my aftermarket parts!!!!!! Getting closer to BBT!!!!!

More little things are getting finalized on the car. Mike and I welded in the trunk hinge supports yesterday and it went pretty smooth. It still amazes me how something so easy can still take time to finish. So after we finished I wanted to figure out how my MCC tail panel was going to sit on the car . I had to put the tires in the wells to get the full affect. Needless to say I was happy with the look of the center exhaust. I was a little worried the holes were to small but once it was on it looked just fine. Not sure yet on how its going to be mounted, I'll get Troy's input when I bring it down to him in a couple of weeks..
