Sorry for the lack of updates.... I've been away from the shop for a bit.. I know they were finishing up the wheel tubs.... and assembled the motor. I get back to Mi in a week or two. Then im sure there will be some good updated photo's....:thumbsup:

Good to see progress! When did you drop the blue colored rendering idea? I thought that looked pretty badass. The new rendering looks great to but the blue was a bit more original... although the darker scheme might look better as you pass Dyrdek!

We originally were going to use the blue to keep the cost down. The engine bay, door jams..ect were blue already... BUT, once we committed to cutting up the fenders and all that... it didn't really matter anymore. The whole car had to be painted. So... I really wanted a gun metal car. Something I would never get tired of looking at.:unibrow:

I am fairly certain they worked on Teddy's 2nd gen. ( the red one )

Hey Josh, It was nice to meet you in GR. Can't wait to see some more updates on this thing! Very cool to see things that haven't been done to a 69 before. I will definitely need to stop by the shop this summer and check it out.:thumbsup:

Yeah, Teddy is a great guy! We did some work on his car it is one of the nicest second gens around.
