Frank, the fix is simple. Fulfill your original obligation
Frank,
The 3rd party Lat-G member and I have never lost contact for more than 4 days (business) and I have never lost contact with Dalco. Simply the facts Frank. While I appreciate your interest in providing the story from your vantage point, none of what you are saying matters so I will not bother to correct you. All that matters is that you traded \ sold a car more than 5 months ago and you knew since then that you had an obligation to provide the title for the car your were trading to the leasing company and you have failed to do so. Pretty simple. Had you simply provided the title none of this would have become a problem. But, you didn't and to make matters worse, you disappeared for the past 5-6 weeks (your words). The bottom line Frank is wether say your plan is to work with your attorneys and say you are going to contact the leasing company and say you will provide them with a clean title these are all words. Just do it Frank. Stop PM'ing me and posting "your side of the story". Just fulfill your original obligation from 5 months ago. And, as a reminder, your business is not with me it is with Steve at the leasing company. Call him you have his number and simply get him the clean title. All else is a waste of good cursor space. Since September for a car deal to be finalized, a signed title, is VERY long IMO. Hopefully you guys can get this finalized professionally and move on. I think from here on its on you guy's time and not the boards. Now that you are back in contact, Get R Dun. Good luck.
