Looks pretty cool, lots of parts mounted in single shear though. Are there bearings in the bellcranks?

Nope The rims and tires that are on it. Customer already had them.

It's Rogers front suspension design, Good question cause I need that info also.

We used bronzed oil lite bushings. For the size bolts we used there's not a small enough outside diameter bearing for the design.

I noticed there's no vent window on your rendering, do you have a method of doing that lined up?

I've stared at the doors on mine pondering that and never could figure out a way to have a functional one piece glass in there. It looks great on the render, cleans things up nicely.

Just a standard screw in ball joint. Spicer Number 500-1004

It's been a while cence the last updates. But here are a few so far of the fire wall and rear section of the cab for all the different clearances needed for the motor,trans,and driveshaft.
