This morning my cheese was 2.25/lb. A few months ago it was 1.47/lb.

I order 15 cases (48lb case) a week per store. Thats 720 lbs of mozz cheese a week and @ 0.78 cents more per pound. Im spending another $561.60/week just on cheese. $29,203 a year extra out of my pocket. :( :mad:

Thats just one store. Times that by 2 since I have 2 stores. Im spending more money on cheese this year then your average person makes per year.

Ahhh its depressing.

Cheese is an exported commodity. Global demand is up and the dollar is weak so it takes more coin to get the melty goodness.

Hey now.... It's been really slow in the vet business the last couple of years.... Gotta do what I gotta do to make ends meet.. These car parts ain't cheap :)
