Thanks Ron- Your project is as well! I agree with you, that last 10% takes forever. On the 63, I kept thinking we were 2-4 weeks from being complete for the last 6 months. At work, I like to say "that" should only be a cup of coffee and an afternoon to finish. But with a zillion little things to do on these cars, I guess it is a lot of coffee and a whole lot of afternoons.

Thanks Michael! It takes a lot of willpower to keep from going crazy with this build. Part of the reason I called it the Family Car was to keep me in check. Cool, fun and trouble free... well that's what I keep telling myself.

Hi Jon- The front wheels are 18x8 with 4.75" offset. The tires are 245/40/18s. As far as the progress, besides :bang: at the beginning, it was nothing a lot of time and :G-Dub: couldn't cure.

Thanks Jay! No kidding, since we stripped it down to bare metal and replaced nearly every panel, we now have a very solid foundation for a fun hotrod. I still need to make some decisions on the interior. I have a good idea of what I will be doing, but still need to nail down my dash/gauges and what materials and colors to use. :lateral:

Prodigy Customs never sent the rear coil overs and hasn't responded for the last 4 months. So I am working on Plan B... do you think this will be too stiff?

Not sure at this point if I am going to just buy another set of QA1s in the rear to match the fronts, or if I will sell the front shocks (Qa1s) and springs (Hotchkis) and go with JRI or Ridetech coil overs all around. Oh well, at this stage I still have some time to decide.

Yeeaahhhhhh...I think those might be just a tad too stiff.:lmao: Sorry to hear about you Prodigy issue. I see he is still f*@king people out of their money after all this time, huh? Just order you a new set and move on with your build. Car is looking great by the way. Keep up the good work.
