No official pricing has been given and the rumored cost doesn't define the options. I would take the rumored pricing at face value - internet rumors. I seem to remember this exact same thing happening with the billet hinges, so I wouldn't get too worked up and wait until the official announcement happens which will include a price structure for available options. :)

Just to address the rumored price, the subframe will have everything but brakes. What I do know for a fact (and this comes from Stacy at DSE) is that it will be similar in price to a complete Wayne Due, or 21st Cent. subframe, once again without brakes.

After taking a ride in "Fuel" the other day with Jason at G Force Design Concepts, the standard DSE Speed 3 Kit impressed the hell out of me. That along with their Quadra link and I know that I will either do one or the other as far as the front end goes. I think it will come down to what shape my original subframe is in.

Rob, to answer your question, yes DSE mini tub, in fact, I think I'm just gonna pull up in front of DSE and buy nearly everything they have for my '69...can't wait! :D Pics to come soon...

That seems more in line with what I heard from them at the Del Mar show. A WD runs 5900-6000 minus brakes and a 21st runs 6500 with C5 brakes.

What I don't understand is the lack of publicity. One would think they would release a few photos or a paragraph or 2 about it. The last time I spoke with them, they said they would have something under speed news on their website. Still, I am half tempted to visit a buddy in Ohio that weekend.

I'm a little out of the loop, but I know dse has some top notch stuff, but what is the big difference from waiting for the dse sub and just breaking down and getting one from 21st century? I've been really impressed with what 21st century has been coming out with.

I'm VERY happy with my 21st Century subframe and the quality of the work. It also had features nobody else had like eccentric lower control arm bolts (just like the Vette) and upper control arm offset inserts. Also, the fit and finish of the welds is pretty damn impressive and it bolted together and into the car without a hitch.

I can't comment on the DSE unit since there's zero info on it, but they turn out fine products. Can't wait to eventually see the new subframe.
