I'm thinkin' that's a beautiful place no matter how you look it.

I like the idea of your shop purchase there Greg. It would be nice to step right out of your house into the shop but at some point you've got to draw a line and make sound decisions and at that price I'd purchase elsewhere also. Looks like an awesome shop/mancave.

Until he (DG) can limp home in something other than a million mile used cop car... Im not worried about what he says. He'll become a force to be reckoned with IF (HUGE IF) BMF ever -- as in E - V - E - R -- gets on the track. :D

I made an offer on a commercial building in Hailey, Idaho this morning. It would give me TWO 16' high shop doors --- the building is 68' deep -- and my rig is 65'... it's 5250 square feet. Needs some TLC -- but I met with contractors there this morning to give me estimates to fix 'er all up good as new.

I didn't want to have it this way -- but I could buy 4 buildings like this for what the shop under the house was going to cost. I'll pull up the big boy britches and just make something else work is all there is to it.

at least you don't have far to pull.

I have a strong suspicion this "fixer upper" is going to be envied by all on here by the time you are done!

Don't put on any weight or you will never be able to walk in front of it.:sarcasm_smiley:
